Nikias' Eco Cleaning Services
Nikias' Eco Cleaning Services is an eco-friendly cleaning and laundry service that has been established to provide you with cleaning services that are enviromentally friendly for the health of your family, our workers and the planet. In addition we service Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Unless indicated otherwise, we will clean every area in your home according to the following list, to the best of our ability in the cleaning time that you have requested. Exceptions and special instructions will need to be indicated.
Living Spaces, Bedrooms & General Areas:
- Dust furniture, furnishings & window sills
- Clean Floors
- Empty Wastebaskets
- Doors, frames, window frames, light fixtures, vents, fans, & baseboards as needed
Kitchen:
- Clean counters, sinks/stovetops, tables & small appliances
- Wipe down face of dishwasher, refrigerator, oven doors
- Cabinets (outside only)
- Doors, frames, window frames, light fixtures, vents, fans, & baseboards as needed
Bathroom:
- Throughly clean counters, toilets, sinks and bathtub/shower
- Cabinets (outside only)
- Doors, frames, window frames, light fixtures (with step stool provided), vents, fans & baseboards as needed
AREAS WE DO NOT SERVICE: As it is our goal to always provide our clients with outstanding service due to the safety of our cleaners and the utmost concern of your delicate items we cannot provide the following services:
- Cleaning homes that have been infested with bed bugs
- Cleaning floors by hand
- Use of ladders higher than 3 feet
- Cleaning of cat litter boxes
- Handling of pet feces
- Cleaning of fireplaces
- Hand washing clothes
- Cleaning outside of any windows
- Stepping on kitchen counters to clean the top of cabinets and/or fans
- Lifting or moving of heavy items
- Cleaning inside of toilets without a proper toilet brush
Please keep in mind that every home is different. Therefore, may require different cleaning times. As a result we recommend a through walk through for first time cleanings to determine the time it will take to clean your home and give accurate pricing before the job commences.
